Session

This is a free 45 minute introductory call to connect and discuss your needs along with your health and wellness goals. I will explain how the coaching process will work and ultimately how I am able to help you feel more healthy and energized eg increasing motivation for exercise, supporting weight loss, reducing stress, and improving sleep are just a few of the benefits you will gain during my Wellness Programmes detailed below.

Kick Start
Health & Wellness Programme

4 Coaching Sessions | £380.00

This programme is an introduction to a more healthy lifestyle suited to your needs and is designed to revitalize you and reset you back on the path to wellness.

 

4 coaching sessions to be taken over 6 weeks, and includes;

  • 1 x 60 minute consultation to discuss your current food and lifestyle habits and how these are impacting your health & wellbeing

  • 3 x 45 minute coaching sessions for accountability and goal setting

  • Supportive guides, recipes and reading recommendations.

Growth
Health & Wellness Programme

8 Coaching Sessions | £680.00

This programme is designed to make positive incremental changes and long term changes to your health, including resources and ongoing support.


8 coaching sessions to be taken over 12 weeks and includes;

  • 1 x 90 minute consultation to discuss your health history, current food and lifestyle habits and your health & wellness goals

  • 7 x 45 minute coaching sessions for accountability and goal setting

  • Weekly food diary and review

  • Email support and advice between sessions

  • Supportive guides, recipes and reading recommendations.

Transformative Health & Wellness Programme

12 Coaching Sessions | £960.00

The ultimate transformative programme designed to energise and revitalize you. We take a deep dive into your health and lifestyle background and look at habits that may no longer serve you. After
12 sessions you will find you will have adopted a new healthier way of living and be reaching your short term goals with your long term goals clearly identified, along with a strategy as to how you will reach these too.


12 coaching sessions to be taken over 16 weeks and includes;

  • 1 x 90 minute consultation to discuss your health history, current food and lifestyle habits and your health & wellness goals

  • 10 x 60 minute coaching sessions for accountability and goal setting

  • 1 x 60 minute walk and talk session (optional) in the picturesque local area of Berkhamsted

  • Weekly food diary and review

  • Email support and advice between sessions

  • Supportive guides, recipes and reading recommendations

  • Free wellbeing journal to record your goals and aspirations.

3 Months Maintenance Programme

45 mins x 3 sessions | £255.00

One session of 45 minute each month for 3 months, including email support.

**10% discount for NHS Employees on all programme costs listed. All coaching sessions either take place on Teams, Zoom or in person.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking a programme and the balance is due within 28 days of the first coaching session.
