4 Coaching Sessions | £380.00
​This programme is designed to help you get back on track, introducing you to a healthier lifestyle tailored to your needs. It aims to revitalize you and reset your path to wellness by focusing on one or two key goals. By concentrating on these specific areas, you will boost your energy and become motivated to achieve them, setting a solid foundation for ongoing health and wellbeing.

4 coaching sessions to be taken over 6 weeks and includes;​
• 1 x 60 minute consultation to discuss your current food and lifestyle habits and how these are impacting your health & wellbeing
• 3 x 45 minute coaching sessions for accountability and goal setting
• Supportive guides, recipes and reading recommendations.

8 Coaching Sessions | £690.00

With this popular programme it is designed to help develop both positive incremental changes and long-term improvements in your health and wellbeing. It includes comprehensive resources and ongoing support to ensure your success. Together, we will review all areas of your life and create a personalized Healthy Life Plan.

Throughout the programme, you will learn how to; Control and reduce menopause symptoms, decrease stress, manage food cravings, find more energy and motivation for daily tasks, establish new, healthier habits and so much more. With my guidance, you will achieve sustainable changes that will enhance your overall quality of life.
8 coaching sessions to be taken over 12 weeks and includes;
​• 1 x 90 minute consultation to discuss your health history, current food and lifestyle habits and your health & wellness goals
• 7 x 45 minute coaching sessions for goal setting and accountability
• Up to 4 x 15 minute check in coaching sessions for additional support in between the main coaching sessions when required
• Weekly food diary review with nutritional support and advice
• Healthy Life plan and vision
• Email support and advice between sessions
• Supportive guides, recipes and reading recommendations.
12 Coaching Sessions | £960.00

This Ultimate Transformative Programme is designed to energize and revitalize you. Throughout 12 in-depth sessions, we will delve into your health and lifestyle history, identifying and addressing habits that may no longer serve you. By the end of this programme, you will have a comprehensive understanding of healthy eating, which will keep you energized and motivated in your daily life.
Additionally, you will learn to manage menopause symptoms more effectively, preventing them from controlling how you feel. You will adopt new, beneficial habits and achieve your short-term goals, with a clear path towards your long-term objectives.
12 coaching sessions to be taken over 16 weeks and includes;
​• 1 x 90 minute consultation to discuss your health history, current food and lifestyle habits and your health & wellness goals
• 10 x 60 minute coaching sessions for goal setting and accountability
• 1 x 60 minute walk and talk session (optional) in the picturesque local area of Berkhamsted
• Up to 6 x 15 minute check in coaching sessions for additional support in between the main coaching sessions when required
• Weekly food diary review with nutritional support and advice
• Wellness Vision and strategy for success
• Review of healthy lifestyle habits and reframing limiting beliefs
• Email support and advice between sessions
• Supportive guides, recipes and reading recommendations
• Free wellbeing journal to record your goals and aspirations
**10% discount for NHS Employees on all programme costs listed. All coaching sessions either take place on Teams, Zoom or in person.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking a programme and the balance is due within 28 days, with the exception of the Reset 4 week programme where full payment is due in advance of the first coaching session.
