What is Health Coaching?
Health coaching is a collaborative process that aims to help you achieve your health and wellness goals by providing support, guidance, and accountability.

As your menopause health coach, I will work with you to develop a personalised plan that addresses specific needs and challenges, such as improving nutrition, increasing physical activity, managing stress, or achieving weight loss.
The process is focused on listening to you, the client, in a safe environment and empowering you to
make sustainable lifestyle changes.
We do this by cultivating a positive mindset, looking at behaviour change, goal setting, regular check-ins, and by providing accountability, in order to help you to
overcome barriers and to develop the skills and habits needed to improve your health and
wellbeing. Together, we develop personalised strategies tailored to your unique needs.
