My goal? Helping you build better habits that feel natural and are easy to keep. You’ll have a safe, welcoming space where you can speak freely and be heard.
Your plan will be made just for you. Whether you want to eat more mindfully, move your body more, lose some weight, or a mix of all three.
I’ll be with you every step of the way.

We’ll define wellness in a way that makes sense for you.
It’s hard to feel well when you’re always feeling stressed and tired. We don’t need big moves. Just a few small changes will help you feel better.
From our one to one sessions, we’ll shape something that feels doable, kind, and right for you. And I’ll be there to listen, understand, and support you without pressure.

In Hemel Hempstead, nature is right on your doorstep, perfect for walking or just breathing.
Gadebridge Park is perfect for a slow wander or a more energetic run along the Grand Union Canal towpath.
