Is perimenopause or menopause leaving you tired, confused, or just not yourself?

I’m Jacky, a wellbeing coach working with women across High Wycombe and the surrounding areas.

 

I’ve felt that loss of confidence that comes when everything just seems to shift when you hit menopause. The good news is that it is possible to feel like yourself again.

I’m here to guide you back to a place where you feel strong and motivated. We'll create easy steps, remove the blocks, and build the habits that will lift you up.

You’ll have space to talk, and I’ll be there to listen properly. From there we can shape something that feels doable, kind, and right for you.

It’s amazing how much better you can feel after a walk in nature. There are lots of great outdoor spaces around High Wycombe to help you feel calm and active.

 

You could take a gentle stroll through Hughendon Park, or jog along the River Wye.

​

Looking to slow down? Try yoga or Pilates, both are gentle, focused, and soothing.
