Feeling like menopause has taken over your daily life?

I’m Jacky, a health and wellbeing coach who specialises in supporting women's wellbeing in Radlett and the Hertfordshire area. Like many, I struggled during menopause through disturbed sleep, night sweats, low motivation, and changes in my body that made me unhappy and less confident.

I know how tough it can be. Poor sleep, low energy, and sudden body changes. You’re not stuck, this can absolutely shift.

I can help you discover how small changes can rebuild your energy and inner strength.

 

Through my coaching, I want to help you feel more energised, focused, motivated, happier and healthier. Together, we set health and wellness goals, identify and dismantle barriers, and replace outdated habits with new healthier ones in order to get you feeling more like yourself once again.

We’ll take away what’s getting in the way and replace it with things that truly support you. Bit by bit, the old you will start to return.

I offer sessions both in-person and online.

I coach women across Radlett who want to feel healthier during and after menopause. I want to support you in making smart health choices that fit into your everyday life.

We’ll create a gentle, no-pressure environment where you can grow at your own pace. We’ll make a simple, flexible plan that supports your personal health goals.
