Jacky Dempsey
Health & Wellbeing Coach Tring
Navigating Menopause
Struggling to manage menopausal or perimenopausal symptoms?
I’m Jacky, a health and wellbeing coach specialising in providing menopause support in Tring and the Hertfordshire area. Like many, I struggled during menopause through disturbed sleep, night sweats, low motivation, and changes in my body that made me unhappy and less confident.
Through my coaching, I want to help you feel more energised, focused, motivated, happier and healthier. Together, we set health and wellness goals, identify and dismantle barriers, and replace outdated habits with new healthier ones in order to get you feeling more like yourself once again.
Living Healthily
Want to live a healthy lifestyle, but not sure how to make changes?
As a certified health coach working in Tring and the surrounding areas, my mission is to support women going through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond in making better health choices.
I will provide a relaxed, judgement-free environment where we can work together on a personalised plan that addresses your specific needs and challenges. Whether you want to eat better, exercise more, lose weight, or all of these, I will support you in achieving your goals.
Enhancing Wellbeing
Let’s work out what wellness means for you.
Feelings of stress, exhaustion, and low confidence can negatively affect your health, both mentally and physically. As your health and wellbeing coach in Tring, I can help you make small changes to address these feelings and enhance your overall quality of life.
Taking care to listen to your unique challenges, I will create the ultimate Wellness Vision for your life, a tailored plan to boost your wellbeing.

Tring is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with plenty of stunning outdoor spaces to spend time in, such as Ivinghoe Beacon, College Lake Nature Reserve, or the Canalside Reservoirs
Just being outside in nature can help improve your mental wellbeing, but getting exercise at the same time, for example by taking a walk, run, or bike ride, will simultaneously support your physical health.
